Preliminary Checking

Tree owners are responsible to conduct preliminary checking of their trees. If the following structural defects are observed, further assessment by Certified Arborist should be conducted. Please contact GTR for any tree inquiry.

Change in Growth Environment

Change in growth environment (e.g. construction site, demolition, etc.) may cause severe health and structural damage to tree. If significant deterioration of tree health is noted, please contact GTR for detail tree assessment to prevent tree accident.

 

Handling Tree with Imminent Danger

• Fence off the target zone with eye-catching stripe;
• Arrange tree inspection by certified arborist as soon as possible;
• Arrange qualified tree worker for the pruning/removal/supporting works according to the recommendation of certified arborist;
• In case of emergency, tree owner should consult certified arborist immediately and notice responsible department for follow up action.
